Meet the Team
Main Chef
Born in Okinawa, he ventured to Tokyo after high school before graduating from culinary school. With experience from top restaurants and hotels, he returned home in 2015 as a seasoned chef. Following a successful tenure at a Miyakojima resort, he crossed paths with Connors owner Yuka Kimura, sparking the idea of a joyful dining destination.
